ACMOSOL 133-1
A cleaner for removing deposits, residues or accumulations that form on press plates (especially in processing melamine resin sheets). Must be applied only to cold presses, thoroughly rinsed from press plates, and the water that is rinsed from the press plates must be collected, as it cannot go down drains. The safety data sheet explains these details. Customers will need to have a pan or something similar underneath their presses to collect any runoff.
ACMOSOL 133-1 Features:
- Suitable for application only on cold plates
- Does not alter the level of glossiness on pressing plates
- It is advisable to apply the cleaner at the first sign of deposit or discoloration on the plates, as cleaning is most effective at this stage
Instructions:
- Apply the cleaner and allow it to penetrate
- Wipe off softened deposits with a cloth and rinse with clean water
